This luxury beach house offers two levels of living space and features four large private bedrooms, four gorgeous ensuite full bathrooms, modern fully stocked chef's kitchen, spacious dining, living area, half guest bath in the common area, a private outdoor patio for grilling, outdoor shower, shared pool with a gorgeous river view. Beach access across the street, and we offer a variety of beach equipment. Perfect for large groups!

The space

With two levels of living space, this massive beach house is ideal for larger groups and offers the perfect mix of both comfort and privacy.

Property Highlights:

• Free parking available for up to 4 vehicles. If you have large trucks or non-traditional oversized vehicles please message me prior to booking
• Boat slips on site and available for guest use. Ample boat trailer parking, please message for details prior to booking
• Complimentary beach gear included. Please inquire for details prior to booking
• Massive outdoor grilling area with plenty of seating, a large gas grill with full set of grilling utensils. For the grill, we provide the propane tank. Guests provide their own propane.

Please Read Before Booking:

• Supplies Starter Pack: We supply an initial set of bathroom, kitchen, and laundry essentials to get you started
• Once the starter pack supplies are used, guests must provide their own items. There are ample stores nearby like Walmart, Rouses, Publix etc., & Instacart is available in the area
• While our Chef's Kitchen is fully stocked with high grade cookware, we do not provide groceries, coffee, spices, or cooking oils/condiments
• We offer an assortment of beach items, including chairs. These are not fancy but they get the job done!
• Grill: Guests must supply their own propane. If there’s some left in the tank when you arrive, feel free to use it. Propane can be easily purchased at Ace Hardware, located just up the road. We have a full set of BBQ utensils available for guest use
• Parking: 4 Vehicles
• Guests must be 25 years or older to book
